People with very diverse experience and goals enroll in our courses. We welcome complete beginners, individuals who want to better navigate their own nutrition and their family’s diet, as well as professionals from related fields. Their starting knowledge and motivations for study vary, but they share a common interest in understanding nutrition more deeply.
Our courses are currently in preparation. The study system described here is the one we use in our courses. Subscribe to the NutriCourses Newsletter for new articles, practical nutrition insights, and updates when enrolment opens.
Although some courses are also aimed at professional application, most students enroll primarily for personal reasons. Our data show that approximately 90% of learners study primarily for their own needs.
Reasons vary. Some have been interested in nutrition for a long time and want to organize the information they have. Others are looking for a firmer foundation that will enable them to better evaluate the recommendations they encounter on the internet, in the media, or in everyday life.
Common motivations include, for example, the effort to better understand one's own diet, adjust eating habits with the aim of supporting one's health, navigate the often conflicting volume of information, understand the relationships among the individual components of the diet, gain greater confidence when choosing foods or learn to assess nutrition in a broader context.
For many students, then, the main goal is not a new profession, but a better grasp of an area that is part of their everyday lives.
Personal motivation often extends beyond the student's own needs. We deal with nutrition when shopping, cooking, and planning meals for other members of the household, so many students expect to use the knowledge they gain within their families as well.
This typically concerns, for example, children's diets, the differing needs of individual household members, or the effort to put together a meal plan with a clearer overview of its overall composition.
Most students arrive without formal training and start practically from the basics. Others have already read many books, follow professional sources, or have been actively interested in nutrition for several years.
People therefore enter our courses with very different levels of prior knowledge.
A complete beginner gradually builds a professional foundation during the studies. Someone who already has some knowledge can organize it better, supplement it, and place it in a broader context.
Prior education in nutrition is therefore not a prerequisite for starting the studies.
Another group consists of people who already work in fields where they encounter the topic of nutrition, including:
Their motivation tends to be to supplement or systematize their knowledge, expand their existing expertise, or focus more deeply on a specific area of nutrition.

I have been interested in a healthy lifestyle for quite some time. The only thing missing for my complete satisfaction was getting acquainted with the courses by Mr. Martin Jelínek. At the beginning, I was worried whether I, as an absolute layman, would manage, but those fears quickly disappeared, and I soon realized that it wouldn't stop at just one course. Investing in oneself and one's development is the best investment. If, after three years, one looks back and realizes that not much has changed in their life and they have not moved forward - those are three wasted years. I would like to express my gratitude for the professionalism and very humane approach, the willingness, and the opportunity to move forward once again.

I studied pharmacy at Charles University and Masaryk University, where I developed an interest in nutrition and nutritional counseling during my studies. I further deepened my knowledge by completing a course called "Advisor for Nutrition and Supplementation." The course significantly expanded my understanding of the functioning of the human body, with an emphasis on disease prevention and particularly on the issue of obesity, which I consider one of the most pressing challenges of today. The course structure, the combination of theoretical insights with practical examples, and the expert approach of the instructor greatly contributed to enhancing my qualifications. I evaluate the course very positively. It is detailed, and the knowledge I gained is applied directly in practice, enabling me to provide qualified counseling and effectively help clients achieve a healthier lifestyle.

I have been interested in nutrition and diet supplementation for more than 7 years. However, I thought that I missed something that could connect and help better understand this issue. It took me long time to decide to study, because I have kids and I didn´t have time to go anywhere. When I found course about nutrition that I could study online, that was it. I am happy that I chose course of Martin Jelínek, because I had time enough to absorb information and learn how to use it. It started to make sense and I found many answers to my subconscious questions that kept me from working as full-time nutritional advisor. The course is perfectly, intuitively, and naturally prepared. I can compare study to the first year of life of a baby who learns everything with ease, joy and makes huge progress and learns using trial-and-error method (which I experienced especially during making menus in ZOF game). This course wasn´t only about information and tables, but also about individuality of each person, which I really appreciated. I admire Martin Jelínek for his work, approach and his ability to quickly answer individual questions via e-mail. Thanks for everything. I can warmly recommend it.
