When You Need More Time to Study

Illness, holidays, work commitments, or family responsibilities can disrupt your original study plan. That is why you can set your own pace and open individual lessons according to your available time. If you need to take a break, you can simply continue later from where you left off, without having to abandon the course or start again.

You Set Your Own Study Pace

You open individual lessons gradually, depending on how much time you can currently devote to studying.

You do not need to follow the pace of other students or open new lessons on predefined dates. If you have more time, you can move through the course faster. During busier periods, you can slow down or pause your studies for a while.

This allows you to adapt your studies to work, family, and other responsibilities.

After a Break, You Continue Where You Left Off

If you cannot study for several days or weeks, there is nothing you need to catch up on.

No new lessons accumulate automatically during your break because you decide when to open them. When you return, you simply continue from the last topic you completed.

This allows you to maintain continuity between lessons and give each topic as much time as you need.

You Can Extend Your Studies Free of Charge

If you need more time to complete the course, you can extend your study period. Extensions are free of charge and can be used repeatedly if necessary.

There is therefore no need to rush through lessons, tests, or practical assignments simply to meet the originally expected study duration.

What matters is completing all study requirements and giving yourself enough time to work with the material properly.

How to Return to Studying After a Longer Break

After a longer break, you do not need to start the course again. It is usually best to continue from where you left off and, if necessary, briefly review the previous topics.

You may find it helpful to:

  1. review the last lesson you completed,
  2. recall its main points,
  3. revisit previous tests or notes if needed,
  4. then continue with the next lesson.

This approach helps you maintain the connections between individual topics even after a longer break.

You Can Adapt the Length of Your Studies to Your Needs

The stated course duration is an approximate indication of how long it usually takes to complete the course. The actual time depends on your pace, your available time, and how much attention you give to each topic.

Some students therefore complete the course faster, while others spread their studies over a longer period.

If work, family, illness, or another life situation affects your study schedule, you can adjust your pace and continue when your circumstances allow.

What our graduates say about the study

Mgr. Pavel Hodák, DiS.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the long-standing project KURZY ATAC, which you lead so successfully, especially the Nutrition and Supplementation Advisor course that I had the opportunity to complete. First of all, I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to study online, where I wasn't pressured by time, as is common in schools and courses, but only by myself and my desire and thirst for new knowledge. I appreciate this mainly because, in a person's life, various situations arise that must be prioritized over others, which happened to me as well. With even more enthusiasm, I then returned to acquiring more knowledge and information. Secondly, I have to say that the scope of the course is really vast and here I appreciate the possibility that I have access to all study materials all the time, because even now I've returned to some of them and I know I will continue to do so. It is not possible to remember everything, and besides, I don't have to print everything out (thus saving our forests :-). If anyone thought they knew something about nutrition and supplementation... go through this course, it is really WORTH IT!!! Thirdly, having the opportunity for constant contact with a lecturer who is willing to answer, for me, sometimes even rather tricky questions with complete calm, perspective, joy, professionalism, and knowledge is "ENCHANTING". Furthermore, if he can, he is happy to advise you on personal matters as well. You can truly see when someone does their job with genuine ENTHUSIASM. Hats off. Last but not least, there is also the opportunity after finishing the course to have access to the ZOF application, where throughout the course you try creating meal plans, thus gaining invaluable experience. Once again, a big thank you for the opportunity to go through this course.

Kateřina Kmínková

I started to study course of Martin Jelínek, because I wanted to do something new that I would enjoy, that would be satisfying and would be beneficial for other people. I didn′t have that in my recent job anymore. I enjoyed the course, processing of mind maps was easy and very educative. System of ONLINE course is a great advantage, because I could study at home, when I had time. Course helped me to organize my knowledge regarding healthy nutrition and learn many new things, but it also totally changed my opinion in some areas. I also appreciated understandable explanation of basic information about Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Course helped me with my new professional start and I am looking forward to my clients.

Gabriela Kortová

I have been interested in a healthy lifestyle for quite some time. The only thing missing for my complete satisfaction was getting acquainted with the courses by Mr. Martin Jelínek. At the beginning, I was worried whether I, as an absolute layman, would manage, but those fears quickly disappeared, and I soon realized that it wouldn't stop at just one course. Investing in oneself and one's development is the best investment. If, after three years, one looks back and realizes that not much has changed in their life and they have not moved forward - those are three wasted years. I would like to express my gratitude for the professionalism and very humane approach, the willingness, and the opportunity to move forward once again.
