Student Support During Your Studies

You don’t have to figure everything out on your own while studying. The courses include an online Q&A where you can ask the instructor questions as you go; email and phone consultations are also available. You also have access to an archive of past questions and answers that enriches each lesson with additional context.

You can contact the instructor even when studying online

Questions naturally arise during independent study. Some information may require further explanation; at other times, you may need to better understand how pieces fit together or how to apply them in a specific situation.

That’s why each course includes an online Q&A forum through which you can communicate directly with the instructor while studying.

The forum thus complements study lessons, tests, and practical assignments with the option of ongoing consultation.

What you can ask in the forum

Questions may relate to the subject matter being covered, its interconnections, or its practical application.

For example, you might ask if:

  • you don’t understand part of a lesson,
  • you need a particular topic explained in more detail,
  • you’re looking for connections between several areas covered,
  • you’re unsure about the practical application of a certain principle,
  • you encounter a question while studying that the lesson itself does not directly address.

The forum is therefore an additional layer of instruction that makes it possible to respond to questions that arise during the actual study.

How to submit a question

You can submit a question directly via the online forum within the learning environment; there’s no need to wait for a scheduled consultation or the next part of the course.

The instructor handles questions on an ongoing basis, and the response remains stored in the forum.

Questions are anonymous

The forum is anonymous. Other students can therefore benefit from the content of the questions and answers without the identity of the person who asked the question being disclosed.

The forum archive expands the content of the lessons

One of the biggest advantages of the forum is that the answer remains useful not only to the person who asked the question. Questions and answers are archived and gradually create a substantial supplementary body of content for individual topics.

A study lesson provides a basic explanation of the topic, but students’ questions can gradually add concrete examples, less common situations, or additional perspectives.

In this way, the forum becomes, over time, an independent source of information that further expands the original course content.

You can return to the forum history even after completion

After completing the course, you retain access to the forum history. For the Nutrition and Supplementation Advisor course, graduates also gain access to a separate alumni forum—we offer this option as a bonus and a thank-you for completing the entire course.

What our graduates say about the study

Bc. Hana Brabec

The Nutrition and Supplementation Advisor course is truly comprehensive; some topics only settle in the mind months later. Before the course, I felt I was interested in nutrition, but during it, I realized how vast the field truly is. We covered topics I had no idea about (thermics, energy tendencies, fiber excess, sprouting, fermentation, contraindications of supplements), but now I see how important they are. Still, I feel the course information is just the foundation on which I will build by deepening my understanding of these topics. I greatly appreciate the comprehensive approach to the subject. I was looking for a course that wasn't just focused on the proportion of macronutrients or micronutrients. I myself suspected that nutrition is related to psychology, that everyone is an individual, that the same diet in different conditions wouldn't be identical, that we shouldn’t eat the same thing in winter as in summer, etc. I verified all of this in this course. Throughout the course, Mr. Jelínek taught us that we need to respect individual differences, that everything is relative, that every action has a reaction, and that nutrition must be approached holistically to be effective, and that excessive generalizations can cause harm. I experienced this myself as a customer, where the simplified advice from a nutritionist left me feeling unwell and extremely cold. I'm enthusiastic about the educational game ZOF; it allowed me to practice individual issues practically, getting under my skin quite automatically and faster than if I had learned them purely theoretically. I frequently encountered "problems" that I might only run into in practice, and I could play around with how to solve them, thus learning something new. It's like learning through play. The recipes were also beneficial, helping me "cook" when I was out of inspiration. Apart from the benefits mentioned above, the course had another tremendous advantage for me, which was the ability to study online. During the course, I was moving to another city (100 km away) and it wouldn't have been feasible for me to commute during such a move.

Several months before I decided to participate in this course, I was looking for possibilities. Usually, there were courses that took 3-5 days. However, I wanted something more complex that would give me wider view on nutrition. I am very satisfied with information that I get in this course. As absolvent I can ask questions in Advisory center for graduates and participate in other courses. The way of teaching of Mr. Jelínek is exceptional.

Lucie Čapková

I am very satisfied with courses, holistic approach of Martin Jelínek and his effort to show that well-selected diet can influence physical and mental state of individual suit to me. He leads us to think in broad context, independently and individually. As former fitness competitor I was on diets that weren′t beneficial to my health. Mr. Jelínek showed me, how to adjust these diets so they don′t harm the health. I really recommend well-founded and humane approach of Mr. Jelínek.
