Tests and Knowledge Assessment During Studies

Tests during the course are not used solely for final assessment. Practice questions help you continuously check your understanding of individual lessons, monthly tests assess larger sections of the curriculum, and the final test serves as the concluding theoretical verification of your knowledge. If you do not pass a test, the system allows another attempt, depending on the type of test.

Testing takes place continuously throughout the entire course of study

We do not leave knowledge assessment until the end of the course. Tests are integrated throughout the learning process and allow you to see whether you have truly understood the material and can recall key information.

The individual levels of testing serve different purposes and build on one another throughout the course. Practice tests check understanding of individual lessons, weekly and monthly summary tests cover larger blocks of content, and the final test assesses knowledge at the end of the program.

This allows you to spot any gaps during the course, return to the relevant topic, and fill in your knowledge before moving on.

Practice tests align with the material being covered

Practice tests are used to continuously verify knowledge from individual lessons.

After studying a topic, the questions help you verify what you have taken away and which parts may still need attention. Practice tests are part of the study requirements and must be completed. If you do not succeed on the first attempt, you can retake the test.

Their main purpose is to continuously check whether students have the necessary foundation for subsequent parts of the course.

Weekly and monthly tests verify larger units of content

In addition to practice tests, we also use weekly and monthly summary tests, which assess knowledge across larger portions of the course.

Thus, you work not only with the content of individual lessons, but you must also keep track of the topics you gradually covered during the given period.

To pass these tests, you need to achieve at least 85%.

You can retake the weekly test—after brushing up—until you pass. For the monthly test, after an unsuccessful first attempt, you can use a retake and revisit the relevant material beforehand.

Why a single test at the end of the course isn’t enough

If knowledge were verified only once at the end of the program, a student might not realize until several months later that they had not sufficiently understood an earlier topic. Ongoing testing allows such gaps to be detected much sooner.

If a mistake appears in a test, you can return to the specific part of the material while other topics still build directly on it. This way, learning is not split into a long period of absorbing information and a one-off final “exam”.

You verify your knowledge gradually, just as you acquire it.

The final test verifies knowledge from the entire course

At the end of your studies, there is a final test that assesses a broader set of knowledge gained throughout the entire course.

To pass it, as with the monthly tests, you need to achieve at least 85%.

The final test is one of the requirements for completing the course and obtaining a certificate.

An unsuccessful first attempt does not mean the end of your studies. Before the retake, you can return to the study materials, fill in any gaps, and prepare for the final test again.

Tests are among the requirements for completing the course

For all products with the status course, you need to meet all specified study requirements in order to receive a certificate.

This includes not only the final test, but also practice and ongoing tests, practical assignments, and any other requirements of the specific course.

The certificate therefore confirms that the student did not merely go through the course as a reader of the study materials, but fulfilled the requirements set for its successful completion.

What our graduates say about the study

Anežka Hladíková

The decision to take Mr. Jelínek's six-month online course was one of the best decisions of my life. The course curriculum is carefully structured to ensure that every student acquires a solid foundation of knowledge. I appreciated how Mr. Jelínek "forced" us to think critically about different nutritional approaches as well as common sense. Nothing was black and white—good or bad—the information is always presented in a holistic context. I also value the method of teaching—a combination of written lessons, video lectures, completing tasks in the ZOF game, mind maps, and ongoing tests. This approach allowed me to deeply imprint the material into my memory :-) I will continue to draw from the individual lessons throughout my nutritional career. I also see great value in the online advisory service, where we, as students and graduates, can consult with Mr. Jelínek on nutrition issues. Thank you very much for the amazing course and your dedication, and I hope you will influence as many people as possible with your commendable work.

Ing. Marcela Krejčířová

When I was looking for suitable course regarding healthy nutrition, I appreciated chance to study online, so I could study and take care of my two little kids – and system of tests forced me to study continuously. I have been interested in healthy nutrition for long period of time, but only after graduation of this course I could sort out information and get a scope. I am glad to familiarize with various alternative ways of nutrition and consultations with lecturer. Now, I am thinking, which another course I will participate in.

Helena Hájková

As a fitness instructor and trainer in the field of fitness, I often encounter questions from my clients or students regarding nutrition. Nutrition has always been and remains an essential part of not only a healthy lifestyle but also successful and effective body shaping, good performance, overall health, good mood, and balance not only physical but also mental. These "interconnected vessels" are excellently addressed by the Nutrition and Supplementation Advisor course. Personally, I appreciate the wide base of information across the nutritional spectrum and the different perspectives on nutrition (such as Ayurveda, etc.). The course is very well structured, well-led, and complemented by an outstanding consultation with Dr. Jelínek. The ZOF application is a great helper. I am looking forward to furthering my education with the Nutrition in Sport course, and I highly recommend the ATAC courses in general.
