From the beginning, I have been fascinated by the significant influence nutrition has on our health, energy, and mental well-being. Therefore, I sought an educational program that would offer a truly comprehensive approach—not only to food itself but to the entire lifestyle. Mgr. Martin Jelínek's courses caught my attention with their combination of scientific insights and a holistic view of the person, emphasis on individual approach, and balance between theory and practice.
In the teaching, I appreciate the ability to view nutrition in broader contexts—considering movement, sleep, regeneration, and mental balance. A significant benefit for me was the ZOF learning application, which is an integral part of all ATAC courses. Thanks to it, it is possible to acquire new knowledge in a playful, interactive, and highly effective way, making studying truly modern and practically applicable.
I actively engage in sports and hold several instructor licenses in physical education, particularly in yoga, conditioning training, and fitness. I believe that nutrition and movement are inseparably interconnected—one cannot function without the other. I consider the combination of proper nutrition, mindful movement, and mental balance the foundation of true health.
Today's era is very fast-paced, and common eating habits are often based on highly industrially processed foods. This trend has become a routine part of life for many people, including children, and in my opinion, it significantly affects their health and overall vitality. I would like to use the knowledge gained from the course in combination with my personal experience to spread awareness about healthy and sustainable eating and inspire my clients, loved ones, and surroundings that even small changes can have a big benefit—and they don't have to be complicated or expensive. It is enough to return to naturalness, simplicity, and a conscious approach to food.
I recommend the course to anyone who wants to understand nutrition in depth and learn to perceive it in the broader context of a healthy life.
