I studied pharmacy at Charles University and Masaryk University, where I developed an interest in nutrition and nutritional counseling during my studies. I further deepened my knowledge by completing a course called "Advisor for Nutrition and Supplementation." The course significantly expanded my understanding of the functioning of the human body, with an emphasis on disease prevention and particularly on the issue of obesity, which I consider one of the most pressing challenges of today. The course structure, the combination of theoretical insights with practical examples, and the expert approach of the instructor greatly contributed to enhancing my qualifications. I evaluate the course very positively. It is detailed, and the knowledge I gained is applied directly in practice, enabling me to provide qualified counseling and effectively help clients achieve a healthier lifestyle.
