From an early age, I developed a love for nutrition and sports, as well as a desire to discover how significantly these two things influence and complement each other. I was amazed by how powerful nutrition is and how essential it is for maximizing performance, effective recovery, and hormonal optimization. Through experimenting and finding out what works for my body, I gained knowledge that led me to a deeper exploration of nutrition and the realization of how big a role individuality plays. What is a remedy for one person may be poison for another.
Personal experience through countless nutritional practices, from intermittent fasting to bodybuilding diets and low-carb eating, has been invaluable to me because it allowed me to gradually select what suits me personally. Becoming a nutrition consultant to share my knowledge and experiences with others is something I see as a mission. My goal with each client is to help them feel great in their body and enjoy every day.
At ATAC, I completed a State Authorized Nutrition Consultant exam and also a Nutrition Advisor course, which provided me with a wealth of useful information and inspiration for better health care. I particularly appreciated Mr. Jelínek's holistic approach, which emphasized the connections between diet, lifestyle, and mental health. The course was practically oriented (meal planning using the ZOF application) and contained specific recommendations and practical tips that I could immediately apply in everyday life. I greatly value the professional yet friendly approach that the course offered.
