A few years ago, I reached middle age, a time when the body changes, often accompanied by an uncontrollable increase in body fat. This happened to my body as well, and despite always being active and believing I ate "healthily," I couldn't stop the increase in body fat. After a few months of searching for a sensible way to adjust my diet without having to go on diets, I came across the term "balanced diet," which sounded credible. I started practicing the principles of balanced eating, and not only did the creation of body fat stop, but all the excess fat from my body gradually disappeared. I became so fascinated by the incredible universe of our gut microbiota that I decided to pursue this topic professionally and looked for suitable courses to confirm my newfound knowledge. I am grateful I found the ATAC courses by Mr. Martin Jelínek, where I not only confirmed my knowledge but also expanded it in unbelievable ways.

Originally, I am an analytical chemist by profession and have been working in the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years. I view clients' bodies similarly to a pharmaceutical factory - to produce quality medicines, various quality raw materials must constantly be supplied to the factory in the right quantities. The same goes for the human body - we must supply it with quality nutrients in the correct amounts, otherwise, it cannot function properly and healthily. I am very fond of using the ZOFapp application for analyzing my clients' meal plans, which allows me to look at the quantity and types of nutrients being consumed in great detail. This enables me to provide clients with very specific recommendations on what their diet lacks or has in excess. Another great advantage is that I can continuously refer back to the individual lessons from the ATAC courses and draw from them.

Working with individual clients and frequently encountering the same issues and questions led me to write an e-book titled "Basics of Balanced Eating or 8 Clear Tips on How to Adjust Your Diet Permanently (and Listen to Your Body While Doing So)." I further expanded my education by obtaining a professional qualification as a "Further Education Lecturer" - I continue to impart the meaningful and logical principles of a balanced diet and its direct impact on health through various courses and seminars.
