I found out about the ATAC educational program on my own initiative from its online promotion on their website. Based on my own intuitive preferences, I logically chose ATAC. I think each of us has a certain idea in mind, which subconsciously helps us filter what benefits us. Although I didn't receive any recommendations, ATAC naturally "passed" my filter. Martin Jelínek presents himself at a high professional level. He has a broad multidisciplinary perspective, and besides his renowned expertise, he presents information clearly, understandably, and most importantly, in an attractive way. In the vast array of offerings, I could find many programs, courses, and projects that comprehensively cover almost all areas of healthy nutrition, metabolism, and generally, the philosophy of diet that combines physical and mental activities. Specifically, the ZOF application provides nearly all the services of activities and accompanying effects that accompany the daily dietary routine (from shopping, preparation, cooking recipes, consumption, energy intake, expenditure, to comprehensive long-term analysis with various types of exports). It is based on the idea that our diet is burdened by social aspects and routine patterns. The offered courses do not only provide information on nutritional counseling but also in the fields of business, PR, and management. Since I appreciate a multidisciplinary and flexible approach to every issue of the human organism (physiology, anatomy, psychology, etc.) and how everything reflects in personal life, I greatly value the way Martin Jelínek and his entire team communicate with clients and customers. I highly appreciate the personal approach, friendliness, openness, and overall energy they invest in the overall issues. From all of this, it is clear that it's a life vocation. END OF TEXT
