I have been interested in the world of nutrition since my student years. When I was looking for a nutrition counseling course, I didn't want to just learn about calorie counting; I wanted to delve deeper into the secrets of how our bodies work and understand the broader connections. The half-year course in nutrition and supplementation counseling excited me with its scope and perfectly met my expectations. The integration of the ZOF application was also fantastic, as it immediately allowed me to observe the newly acquired knowledge in practical meal planning. It was also very helpful that the course was online.
Now, I happily pass on the information I've gained to my clients, teaching them how they can create their own ideal meal plan and understand why it is beneficial for them. The support after the course is absolutely amazing, as we still have access to Mr. Jelínek's counseling service, which I have already used when working with a more demanding client. In the end, I added several more courses, including the state-authorized exam, and I return to the lessons, drawing from them in my practice. I recommend studying with Mr. Jelínek to everyone who works with nutrition or is just interested in this topic and has questions.
