The six-month course on nutrition and supplementation counseling was the very first course I enrolled in, so I had no idea what to expect. Daily studying of the theory and then applying it in practice through the excellent ZOF application. I spent hours on some tasks, and I'm not saying I was always smiling through it; there were days when I "cursed" it all... lots of theory, tests, and assignments to process. However, I never forgot why I was doing it, and now, looking back, I can say: It was all worth it! I can’t imagine that another course would have given me more than this one by Mr. Jelínek. A significant credit goes to the well-developed ZOF application—I have never encountered anything similar anywhere else, and that's one of the biggest advantages of this course. Of course, all the theory was designed to be understandable and interconnected, with its memorization supported by daily practice tests. The student consultation is also excellent; it serves as study material in itself and offers an immeasurable amount of information. For me, however, the biggest core is the ZOF application (and Mr. Jelínek’s approach), which allows you to immediately apply all studied theory into practice. I'm glad I didn't choose a course limited only to macronutrients and their ratios, glycemic index, and calorie deficit. This nutrition counseling course is comprehensive, describing all possible perspectives on diet and its supplements, and most importantly, it provides a holistic view of nutrition and the functioning of the body, where everything is interconnected. I will refer to and recommend this course everywhere I can.
