Nutri Courses

Thank you, fate, for leading me to you. For two years, I unsuccessfully battled eczema on my hands. I started with the "classic" approach, where many people end: treatment with corticosteroids. Then I read something about them and switched to homeopathy. My health improved somewhat, but it still wasn't quite right. On the advice of an acquaintance, I decided to change my diet. I discovered a lady who introduced me to the world of macrobiotics. I was more or less self-taught until I found your course "Macrobiotics in Czech Cuisine" online. I enthusiastically absorbed information not only about eating macrobiotically but also about how the digestive system works and how properly chosen and combined food can benefit both the body and the soul. Your course, which I attended first, explained all the changes I felt after changing my diet: the eczema on my hands completely disappeared, and I also got rid of the digestive issues I had suffered from since childhood, without ever considering addressing them. I considered them a "normal" part of my life. The disappearance of these issues filled me with tremendous amazement and joy.

Cooking in the "new" way suddenly became a passion for me. I used to view vegetables as "colorful decorations on a plate," and suddenly, as I chopped and processed them, I experienced feelings of happiness (which continue to this day.) Vegetables, canned and frozen, began to gradually disappear from my kitchen, and cold cuts made room in the fridge for vegetable and legume spreads. I started baking sourdough bread instead of store-bought bread. In short, I began spending more time in the kitchen, because it made (and makes) me happy. Then I found your offer for the "Nutrition and Supplementation Advisor Course" in my email.

I took it as a challenge and expected nothing from it. At first, I didn't care whether I used the acquired knowledge just for myself and my family or for others. Once again, I devoured more information about a healthy lifestyle, and a larger and larger mosaic began to form in my mind. Thanks to the practical part of the course—creating meal plans—a "program" settled in me, guiding me in the kitchen. I automatically consider which legumes and fermented products to use today, how to thicken a sauce without flour, whether to sprinkle seeds into soup or another dish... It's almost amusing how one suddenly "switches" their thinking when they pick up a wooden spoon :-) Although... it's not just in the kitchen that I switch like this. Since I've been trying to eat healthily—and your course has advanced me significantly in this—my thinking and perception in general have changed. My intuition has sharpened, I've started to love myself more, shed fears and anxieties, and so on.

Two days after completing the "Nutrition and Supplementation Advisor" course, I'm cooking lunch in the kitchen, thinking: If only I could make a living from this. In the afternoon, I go into town, meet an acquaintance, and mention that I've completed the course successfully. She asks, "Wouldn't you like to cook something for me occasionally?" So, I'm cooking for myself, my partner, and by the second week, for a friend as well. And I dream of setting up a dining room with a healthy home-cooked kitchen and cooking for even more people.
