Since I am from Slovakia, I spent a considerable amount of time researching how to become a nutrition advisor, because in Slovakia I couldn't find a similar course that would cover this topic in-depth. All the courses are at most one month long, and I think that if I want to pursue counseling professionally, that is certainly not sufficient. I was impressed by ATAC's approach to online education, beautiful graphics, clarity, and of course, holistic approach. Even six months of study is not the end of education, but it's a quality start with which one can begin.

Among other things, I have been involved in movement throughout my life in various forms, from gymnastics, dance, aerobics, and a few years ago I also completed a course as a fitness trainer and an aerobics, Tabata, Pilates, and Callanetics instructor. Therefore, it is natural that I have constantly observed the impact of diet on my body. I have read all sorts of things, tried various "proven" weight loss recipes, and gradually found foods in stores that were the basis of our grandparents' diet. I reject diets because cooking, experimenting, arranging the plate, and the food itself are my passion.

This course has only confirmed to me that a balanced diet coupled with the right lifestyle linked with constant movement is the right thing for our body's immunity, which rewards us, for example, with being continually exposed to viral loads, yet I continue on with a smile and without a mask.

Thank you for a wonderful half-year of education that I finally enjoyed.
