It has always been in my nature to "interfere" with everyone's food until the time came to give my hobby a stamp of approval. In our small “Czechoslovakia,” quality nutrition teachers are rare as saffron, and Mr. Jelínek is simply the best. His courses are filled with quality content and he is available to each student. He loves what he does, hasn't sold out to any nutrition trends or food corporations. As one of the few, he guides students to bridge the gap between Western and Eastern philosophies, and, furthermore, I was able to practically piece everything together while creating meal plans. Only then does one understand that paper can handle anything, but reality is a challenge.
