I've never been a fan of online courses, but the ATAC course changed my mind. Despite being an online course without personal attendance, I often felt that Mr. Mgr. Jelínek was sitting next to me at the computer... I was very positively surprised by the pedagogical aspect of conducting this course, including the very useful online advisory service, which really works, as well as the educational game ZOF, fulfilling the well-known concept of "learning through play". The information flow was coherent and gradually expanded the scope of knowledge, with the mosaic of information eventually fitting together perfectly.
What I value most about this course is its comprehensive view on nutrition information and human individuality as a holistic being. It helped me see things in context, including the fact that our traditional Western perception of this field is not the only one, and that I have the opportunity to view client collaboration through the lens of Eastern philosophies as well. At the same time, I received information about supplementation, its benefits, and risks, which opened up another area for me that I previously considered to be somewhat of a condemnable black box due to my lack of knowledge. I also find the above-average extended time frame of this course very important and positive, allowing for more detailed attention to some topics, and providing the opportunity to verify the understanding of selected topics in practice through prepared assignments.
I'm glad I attended a course that wasn't dry theory but one that gave me information and essential know-how on how to apply it in practice. I am grateful for the course and personally recommend it.
