If a person is afraid of something, they should learn as much as possible about it. That was the first step for me in health prevention. As someone with celiac disease, I heard about gastrointestinal cancer from all sides, and a fear began to develop in me... that was when I started to think about how to eat healthily on a gluten-free diet and whether it even made sense. On the other hand, as a PhD student in biology, I was looking for quality information that could offer me something I didn’t know yet, and above all, a comprehensive view of nutrition, which is something one can easily get lost in nowadays. With a clear conscience, I can say that the Nutrition and Supplementation Consultant course is absolutely unparalleled. First and foremost, I recommend the distant-learning format of the course, where there is always room for discussion and learning practical things in the field of nutrition. The curriculum is very comprehensive, and the overall course content covers all dietary directions. I really appreciated the systematic approach and detail in the lessons. My personal thanks and respect go to the instructor, Mgr. Martin Jelínek, for constantly answering all sorts of questions and for his approach to everyone without distinction.
