I would like to ask how significant the impact of diet and lifestyle is concerning a diagnosis with a relatively serious risk of thrombosis, or if it is possible, even with the mentioned diagnosis, to prevent the occurrence of thrombosis through a healthy lifestyle, and to what extent?

The concept of diet, including lifestyle factors (such as stress, physical activity, smoking, contraception, pregnancy...), has a relatively strong influence on thrombotic processes. Whether it is a consequence of lifestyle choices or the situation is caused by coagulation system disorders (e.g., Leiden mutation), dietary adjustments always have a common foundation. By consistently adhering to a range of guidelines, the probability of reducing the risk of thrombosis increases in an absolutely crucial manner. Considering that prothrombotic processes can occur quite quickly, it is necessary to carefully target all the factors contributing to the formation of blood clots (avoiding ultra-processed foods, controlling the intake of vitamin K, monitoring the omega-3 to omega-6 ratio due to the anticoagulant effects of omega-3 fatty acids...). Unfortunately, in real life, the majority of affected individuals have significant difficulty managing this...
