Hello,
I would like to ask, dietary supplements should not be washed down with coffee, which is obvious. Most people take supplements with water, but, for example, have coffee with breakfast. Does this affect the bioavailability of the supplements? Should there be a time interval?
Thank you.
The time gap is more advantageous, especially for supplements containing water-soluble substances, which the body tends to excrete at an increased rate after consuming diuretics, such as coffee. However, the specific time gap is relative, and there is no general metric for it – in general, consider tens of minutes as a "safe" interval.
