I would like to ask about the units of measurement for vitamin E supplements. Some brands list the amount in IU and others in mg. How can these units be converted so I can compare products from different brands and have the correct dosage? Can this conversion also be used for other vitamins (like vitamin D), or do they have a different conversion?

When converting international units (IU), it depends on the form in which the given vitamin occurs, meaning it differs for each substance:
Vitamin E - 1 IU = 0.67 mg of vitamin E
Vitamin D - 1 IU = 0.025 mcg of vitamin D
