Hello,
how many teaspoons or tablespoons would correspond to the recommended amount of 250-500mg of Omega 3? For easier understanding...
It is necessary to specify "how many tablespoons of WHAT" - if you mean fish oil, it depends on:
1. What type of fish it is (the amount of omega-3 varies with each species),
2. The environment in which the fish lived (organisms in cold environments produce more omega-3),
3. What the organism was fed (the quality of the diet plays a key role in the formation of omega-3 in storage fat).
If you are using fish oil as a potential source of omega-3, it is advantageous to prefer such products where the manufacturer directly states the omega-3 content, which is already a standard practice today.
