Nutri Courses

Advisory

Hello,
I am interested in the recommended daily dosage of tribulus for a woman weighing 60 - 65 kg to support estrogen production. Additionally, can it be used long-term?
Thank you.

The dosage of this herb depends on the amount of saponins in the extract. It is generally recommended for non-athletes to take a daily amount in the range of 5-10 mg per 1 kg of body weight, preferably divided into two to three doses. It is advisable to cycle the herb—there are no strict rules here, but on average, 4-6 week cycles are suggested, with a 2-3 week break between cycles as part of systematic therapy.
