This relationship is not clearly proven and is debated in the context not only of other nutritional influences (reduction diets, iodine intake fluctuations, etc.) but also increased environmental radiation, stress, lack of physical activity... In the case of the isolated factor of long-term increased consumption of eggs/egg proteins, there is a particular emphasis on xenobiotics that have appeared in eggs from industrial farms in recent decades.
