Nutri Courses

Advisory

Good day Mr. Pharmacist,

I would like to ask how to envision the maximum daily dose of 20g of glutamine in practice. You write that it is found in meat, dairy products, and legumes. Therefore, I am interested in how, for example, to envision this dose with these foods.

Thank you for your response.

Nutritional sources indicate the glutamine content in foods (per 100 g) such as 0.6 g in eggs, 1.2 g in beef, 0.4 g in milk, 0.4 g in corn, 0.6 g in tofu... An average mixed diet provides approximately 3-6 g of glutamine per day, which in many situations proves to be insufficient.
