Nutri Courses

Advisory

Good day, Mr. Jelínek. I would like to ask if, in practice, you actually write meal plans for clients for every day, or do you only recommend foods and specific recipes? During the course, I experimented with my brother, who was significantly overweight, and to date, he has managed to lose 22 kg thanks to the cyclic ketogenic diet. Currently, his weight loss is about 0.5 kg per week. The diet suits him, and he doesn't want to switch to a high-carbohydrate regimen yet. He has even started exercising. I write his daily meal plans using your program. Is this feasible in practice? Thank you for your response.

In these situations, it's up to you to set the regime (also based on an agreement with the client). I believe it makes sense to do things that work (for both parties), and long-term practice will ultimately drive you to this realization. If your consulting is also based on the principle of educating your clients, then gradually work towards a new eating system by continuously monitoring the client's approach to food and adjusting it in individual steps (you will not create a new meal plan from scratch but will continuously adjust the existing one to which the client is long accustomed). The result will be a system (with a recorded history) that will serve the client as a platform for an independent approach to nutrition in the future. Although it is more time-consuming, the results can exceed expectations.

Mgr. Martin Jelínek has been systematically involved in nutrition education since 1999. He is the founder of ATAC, the educational company behind NutriCourses, and the author of an educational system focused on nutrition, healthy lifestyle, and the practical application of nutrition knowledge.

He graduated from the Faculty of Science at Masaryk University in Brno. Throughout his professional career, he has combined nutrition, education, and the practical application of acquired knowledge.
