Good day, Mr. Jelínek,
I have a question regarding biorhythms. When a person regularly goes for a run, general recommendations suggest that the best time is in the morning between 6 and 7 o'clock. Considering employment, if the person is unable to get up early enough to exercise in the morning, what time is ideal according to biorhythms?
Simply put, it is one that feels most suitable to the individual. The theory of biorhythms is general, and when applied to the individuality of a person in practice, you encounter several "discrepancies." The most significant factors here involve the human adaptation to conditions in which they are forced to live (= adapting to the situation) and the functioning of the nervous system in relation to whether you lean more towards the "lark" model (= you are an early bird) or the "owl" model (peak activity is in the evening hours).
I believe there is no sense in "struggling" to implement something that fundamentally disrupts the organization of the entire day.
