Chamomile

Chamomile is a medicinal plant. It contains compounds that may help reduce the risk of certain types of cancer, support heart health, and improve immune function. It is known for its calming properties and is often used to treat anxiety and insomnia.

Hello,
you mention that long-term use of chamomile can cause damage to the mucous membranes. If someone regularly drinks chamomile tea before bed, could this negative effect also manifest, or is it only related to the mentioned dosage?
Thank you

This warning is general and particularly applies in practice to the long-term consumption of stronger infusions; you may encounter this phenomenon, especially in more sensitive individuals. Consider one cup of tea before bed as a completely safe approach.
